2026年9月8日，由马来西亚投资发展局（MIDA）主办的东海岸投资研讨会在彭亨州关丹举行。会议围绕马来西亚东海岸地区产业发展、投资政策、基础设施建设及清真产业生态等议题展开交流，并就新投资激励框架（NIF）、东海岸铁路（ECRL）建设及企业投资落地服务等内容进行专题介绍。丰麒集团马来西亚团队参加本次研讨会，与有关机构和专业人士进行交流，进一步了解中国企业进入马来西亚东海岸地区可能涉及的政策、合规及落地路径。 On 8 September 2026, the East Coast Investment Seminar, hosted by the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), was held in Kuantan, Pahang. The seminar featured exchanges on industrial development, investment policy, infrastructure construction and the halal industry ecosystem in Malaysia's East Coast region, with dedicated sessions on the New Incentive Framework (NIF), the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) and services supporting enterprises' investment landing. The FengQi Group Malaysia team attended the seminar and engaged with relevant institutions and professionals, gaining a clearer understanding of the policies, compliance requirements and implementation pathways that Chinese enterprises may face when entering Malaysia's East Coast region.

(Huzhou Industrial Investment Group). Dr. Lu Peng, Chairman of the Board of FengQi Group, led the Group's relevant heads in the meeting, while Mr. Yao Shimin, General Manager of Huzhou Industrial Investment Group, and the relevant business teams attended. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on topics including the internationalisation of Huzhou's competitive industries, the development of the Malaysian and ASEAN markets, two-way industrial project cooperation, the building of an overseas service network, industrial-capital coordination, and digital empowerment, and reached an important consensus on establishing a long-term, stable and comprehensive strategic partnership.

近日，丰麒集团参加深圳前海"出海e站通"平台举办的"五送暖企·服贸远航"前海服贸企业出海专场活动，与深圳市商务局、深圳市前海管理局、深圳市服务贸易协会、中国出口信用保险公司深圳分公司等有关单位负责人交流，重点围绕中国企业出海服务体系建设、马来西亚及东盟市场拓展、出口信用风险保障、跨境金融支持、合规服务及海外项目落地等议题深入沟通。 Recently, FengQi Group attended the "Five Services for Enterprises · Sailing Far on Service Trade" Qianhai Service-Trade Going-Global Event, held on the Shenzhen International Business e-Station ("出海e站通") platform in Shenzhen Qianhai. The Group exchanged views with officials from the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the Qianhai Authority, the Shenzhen Association of Trade in Services (SATS), and the Shenzhen Branch of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE), focusing on building the overseas-expansion service system for Chinese enterprises, the development of the Malaysian and ASEAN markets, export credit risk protection, cross-border financial support, compliance services and overseas project implementation.

The two sides held a pragmatic exchange on the long-standing foundation of China–Malaysia economic and trade relations, the complementary strengths of their respective industries, and the new opportunities created by the deeper implementation of the RCEP agreement. Fengqi Group stated that it will continue to be rooted in Malaysia, connected to China, oriented towards ASEAN, and serving the world — acting as a bridge between Chinese enterprises, Malaysian local resources and the ASEAN market, and driving cross-border collaboration across more competitive industries and innovation resources. The Group will actively help Chinese enterprises expand into ASEAN with high quality, while bringing more high-quality Malaysian and ASEAN resources into the Chinese market.

Dr. Lu Peng, Chairman of the Board of FengQi Group, joined the full programme as a corporate representative and studied alongside fellow members best practices in industrial-city complex operations and full-lifecycle digital risk control. HOROY's mature model in urban renewal and end-to-end operations of self-held assets offered FengQi Group a benchmark perspective for refining its industrial-space operations, while Shenzhen Ridge's exploration of front-loaded engineering risk control and AI-driven digital implementation brought fresh ideas for the refined management of FengQi Group's portfolio projects and for risk prevention across its overseas operations. BHD.), a Malaysian brand localisation and digital marketing services provider, for a cooperation discussion. The two sides exchanged views on the compliance assessment, brand localisation, channel testing and project delivery work commonly required by Chinese enterprises entering the Malaysian market, and discussed how the early-stage services of halal-industry projects could be coordinated. FengQi Group proposed an "Assess first, verify next, then invest" approach to overseas expansion, breaking the journey into four executable steps — project assessment, resource coordination, market testing, and stage-by-stage review — and explored coordinated services with Rootify Malaysia in brand localisation and digital marketing. The Group is now inviting preliminary project partners in food & beverage, halal raw materials, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals & health, lifestyle consumer goods, and brand-localisation / digital-channel testing.

近日，丰麒集团与国内生命科学领域创新企业开展专题交流，围绕原代细胞、新药评价、器官芯片等前沿技术，以及东盟产业合作、健康产品出海等议题展开深度研讨。双方聚焦马来西亚区位与产业优势，探索科研平台建设、技术服务输出、产业资源整合等合作方向。丰麒提出以马来西亚为支点打造东盟生命科学合作平台，构建 “科研合作 — 产业转化 — 市场拓展 — 资本赋能” 全链条模式，推动中国生命科学领域从产品出海向技术、标准与平台出海升级，助力中国自主科创成果落地东盟。Recently, FengQi Group held thematic exchanges with innovative enterprises in China’s life sciences sector, with in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies including primary cells, new drug assessment (NAMs) and organ-on-a-chip, as well as ASEAN industrial cooperation and health product global expansion. Focusing on Malaysia’s geographical and industrial strengths, both sides explored cooperation directions such as research platform development, technical service export and industrial resource integration. FengQi proposed building an ASEAN life sciences cooperation platform with Malaysia as the pivot, forming a full-chain model of “research cooperation – industrial commercialisation – market expansion – capital empowerment”. The initiative aims to upgrade China’s life sciences sector from product export to the international output of technology, standards and platforms, supporting the localisation of China’s independent scientific innovations in ASEAN markets.

2026 年 7 月 14 日，丰麒集团董事长卢朋一行到访海南省物流集团，与集团管理团队围绕海南自由贸易港政策机遇、中国—东盟跨境仓储、清真食品、冷链物流、保税加工、海外仓及国际多式联运等方向深入交流。双方就建立长期沟通机制、推动重点业务逐项落地达成积极共识，共同探索海南—马来西亚—东盟跨境供应链合作新路径。 On 14 July 2026, Dr. Lu Peng, Chairman of FengQi Group, led a delegation to visit Hainan Logistics Group and held in-depth discussions with its management team on policy opportunities under the Hainan Free Trade Port, China–ASEAN cross-border warehousing, halal food, cold-chain logistics, bonded processing, overseas warehouses and international multimodal transport. The two sides reached a positive consensus on establishing a long-term communication mechanism and advancing key business areas step by step, jointly exploring new pathways for cross-border supply chain cooperation between Hainan, Malaysia and ASEAN.
