280 Acres of Agricultural Land.
The total project area spans approximately 280 acres, of which 56 acres are designated for commercial use. Of this, 40 acres are planned for the development of four modern broiler chicken houses and one breeding house, with a projected annual output capacity of 1.824 million birds.
The project establishes an integrated system from breeding stock, hatching and rearing through to food processing and cold chain distribution — combining modern closed-loop farming with intelligent management systems to achieve stable, efficient and scalable production.
