Project Overview
The Zengcheng Ecological Space is a 530-acre integrated demonstration base combining ecological agriculture, circular technology and wellness experiences in Guangzhou’s Zengcheng District. The project explores the intersection of modern agriculture, healthy living and nature-based experiences — serving as the blueprint for Fengqi’s broader agri-wellness development model.
Functional Agriculture Innovation
Low-GI Paper Mulberry Oat Series The project has developed a low-GI paper mulberry oat product line and sugar-controlled dietary packs, targeting modern consumers’ needs around healthy eating and chronic disease management. These products are distributed across 200+ chronic disease management centres in China, with single-product annual sales exceeding RMB 80 million in 2024.
Agricultural Value Enhancement Through bio-fermentation and functional agriculture technology (combining carbon-based wave energy and enzyme-based systems), the project increases the added value of agricultural products by over 130% compared to conventional produce.
The EnzyLoop Ecological Model
Fengqi’s proprietary enzyme-based ecological cycle technology:
- Converts agricultural waste into organic fertiliser and high-quality feed
- Creates a closed “planting–breeding–recycling” loop
- AI-driven environmental monitoring for precision management
- Reduces fertiliser use by approximately 60%, increases crop VC content by 25% and dietary fibre retention to 90%
Replicability
The Zengcheng model is designed with standardisation and replicability as core principles — providing a template for combining green agriculture, health and wellness, and ecological living development across different regional contexts in China and Southeast Asia.
