2026年7月3日，2026年深圳园区经济高质量发展大会暨第十一届珠三角产业投资洽谈会在深圳大中华喜来登酒店举行。丰麒集团董事长、深圳市产业园区协会副会长卢朋带队出席大会，与来自政府部门、产业园区、上市公司、金融机构、产业服务机构及海外社团组织的代表进行了深入交流。

On 3 July 2026, the 2026 Shenzhen Conference on High-Quality Development of Park Economy and the 11th Pearl River Delta Industrial Investment Fair were held at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel. Dr. Lu Peng, Chairman of FengQi Group and Vice President of the Shenzhen Industrial Park Association, led the FengQi team to attend the conference and engaged in in-depth exchanges with representatives from government departments, industrial parks, listed companies, financial institutions, industrial service providers and overseas community organisations.

本次大会由深圳市产业园区协会、珠三角产业联盟主办，交通银行深圳分行、大象控股集团、美的楼宇科技、深圳瑞捷、中联恒创等单位联合主办，汇聚多地政府招商部门、产业平台、金融机构和企业代表，围绕园区经济高质量发展、珠三角产业投资、智慧园区、数字金融、AI产业、全球产业对接与企业出海等议题展开交流。

The conference was hosted by the Shenzhen Industrial Park Association and the Pearl River Delta Industrial Alliance, and co-hosted by organisations including Bank of Communications Shenzhen Branch, Daxiang Holdings Group, Midea Building Technologies, Shenzhen Ridge Engineering Consulting and Zhonglian Hengchuang. It brought together government investment promotion departments, industrial platforms, financial institutions and enterprise representatives from various regions to exchange views on high-quality development of park economy, industrial investment in the Pearl River Delta, smart parks, digital finance, the AI industry, global industrial matchmaking and enterprises expanding overseas.

聚焦园区经济高质量发展，链接湾区产业资源

Focusing on High-Quality Development of Park Economy and Connecting Greater Bay Area Industrial Resources

大会设置主论坛分享、地方政府产业推介、领军企业实践交流、全球产业对接、产业战略签约和答谢晚宴等环节，内容覆盖高端制造、算力中心、智慧园区、产业招商、供应链服务、企业资本化成长等重点方向。

The conference featured a main forum, local government industrial promotion sessions, practical experience sharing by leading enterprises, global industrial matchmaking, industrial strategic signing ceremonies and an appreciation dinner. The agenda covered key areas including high-end manufacturing, computing power centres, smart parks, industrial investment promotion, supply chain services and the capitalisation growth of enterprises.

在企业实践分享环节，美的楼宇科技、深圳瑞捷、中联恒创等企业分别围绕智慧园区能源与环境服务、产业园区开发价值创造、AI产业生态云等主题作交流；在地方政府推介环节，内蒙古、长春、乌兰察布、海口、饶平等地代表围绕区域产业基础、招商政策和合作场景进行介绍，为企业跨区域布局和产业协同提供了新的观察窗口。

During the enterprise practice sharing session, representatives from Midea Building Technologies, Shenzhen Ridge Engineering Consulting and Zhonglian Hengchuang shared insights on topics including energy and environmental services for smart parks, value creation in industrial park development and the AI industrial ecosystem cloud. During the local government promotion session, representatives from Inner Mongolia, Changchun, Ulanqab, Haikou and Raoping introduced their regional industrial foundations, investment promotion policies and cooperation scenarios, providing enterprises with new perspectives on cross-regional layout and industrial collaboration.

交通银行深圳分行围绕数字金融、数字货币与智慧供应链服务实体产业作分享；大象控股集团围绕园区生态赋能中小企业资本化成长进行交流；美国深圳联合会代表就全球产业对接与出海机遇作主题分享，进一步增强了大会在国际合作和企业出海方向上的连接价值。

Bank of Communications Shenzhen Branch shared its insights on digital finance, digital currency and smart supply chain services for the real economy. Daxiang Holdings Group discussed how park ecosystems can empower the capitalisation growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. Representatives of the Shenzhen Association of America delivered a themed presentation on global industrial matchmaking and overseas expansion opportunities, further enhancing the conference’s value in international cooperation and enterprise globalisation.

会议期间，丰麒团队重点关注三类合作方向：一是产业园区运营和产业服务能力升级；二是实体企业跨区域投资、供应链组织与产业落地；三是中国企业进入马来西亚及东盟市场过程中的合规准入、渠道测试、本地运营和供应链配套。

During the conference, the FengQi team focused on three key areas of cooperation: first, the upgrading of industrial park operation and industrial service capabilities; second, cross-regional investment by real-sector enterprises, supply chain organisation and industrial implementation; and third, compliance access, channel testing, local operations and supply chain support for Chinese enterprises entering Malaysia and the ASEAN market.

卢朋在现场交流中表示，深圳和珠三角企业具备扎实的制造能力、产品能力和创新能力。企业出海进入新阶段后，不能只依赖单一贸易撮合，更需要解决市场准入、合规认证、渠道建设、本地化运营、海外供应链和持续服务等具体问题。丰麒集团将依托马来西亚及东盟资源基础，结合ARFF跨境产业网络，与协会平台和产业伙伴加强协同，务实推进深圳企业出海服务体系建设。

During on-site exchanges, Dr. Lu Peng noted that enterprises in Shenzhen and the Pearl River Delta possess solid manufacturing capabilities, strong product competitiveness and innovation strength. As enterprise overseas expansion enters a new stage, companies can no longer rely solely on trade matchmaking. Instead, they need to address practical issues such as market access, compliance certification, channel development, localised operations, overseas supply chains and continuous service support.

FengQi Group will leverage its resource foundation in Malaysia and ASEAN, in combination with ARFF’s cross-border industrial network, to strengthen collaboration with association platforms and industrial partners, and to pragmatically advance the development of an overseas expansion service system for Shenzhen enterprises.

The international exchange session at the conference provided FengQi Group with useful references for further understanding platform-based industrial services, government-enterprise collaboration mechanisms and models for connecting international resources. The FengQi team also held in-depth discussions with participating enterprises, industrial park operators and industrial service providers, laying the foundation for future targeted matchmaking and cooperation assessment.

Based in Malaysia and ASEAN, Improving the Overseas Expansion Service System

大会现场集中展示了深圳市产业园区协会在园区经济、产业投资、政企对接和资源整合方面的组织能力，也体现了粤港澳大湾区在产业集聚、金融支撑、开放合作和企业国际化方面的综合优势。

The conference showcased the organisational capabilities of the Shenzhen Industrial Park Association in park economy, industrial investment, government-enterprise matchmaking and resource integration. It also demonstrated the comprehensive strengths of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in industrial clustering, financial support, open cooperation and enterprise internationalisation.

下一步，丰麒集团将以本次大会为契机，围绕深圳园区企业出海马来西亚及东盟市场，持续推进四项工作：一是梳理有真实出海需求的企业和产品；二是建立企业出海初步评估与服务清单；三是加强与协会、园区运营方、金融机构和产业服务机构的专项对接；四是推动马来西亚及东盟方向的闭门交流和项目跟进机制。
